What training methods do you use?
We are non-forceful, positive reinforcement-based trainers, and to us, this means never knowingly choosing to use pain, fear, intimidation, or physical manipulation to achieve training goals. You can read more about our training ethics on our About Us page.
What support do you offer outside of in-person sessions?
Both our 121 training and group classes include access to supporting online videos and resources, and our exclusive client community Facebook group. In the case of 121 training, daily message support is also included, all aimed at helping you make a success of your training in between sessions.
Do you have a venue?
121 training typically takes place at your home or a suitable alternative, for example local parks. We also use an enclosed horse barn (available for hire) if a covered or enclosed area is required.

Where are your classes based?
Our classes take place at Silverstone Equestrian near Cross Hands. You can find more details on our find us page here.
What areas to you cover?
We offer in-person services across Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen and Llandeilo and surrounding areas. We also work online with people all over the UK.
How much does it cost?
Costs depend on a number of variables and we are happy to discuss the options available during your free consultation call.
How long will it take to train my dog?
Factors affecting speed of progress depend on the severity or difficulty of the behaviour in question, the time and commitment you are able to put in, as well as the overall health of your dog and numerous other influences. It is therefore difficult to provide a timeframe for success, though rest assured we will be there to support you for as long as you need.
